I generally post something in 'Its all bad', I genuinley feel this helps me vent even tho I know no-one cares! :P

Then I generally just take some time off from poker, go get drunk, play some tekken, mess arround on i-tunes etc. Then when I come back I generally play very tight untill someone pays me off with a big pot and I get back in the zone.

Basically I just avoid playing tilty as I know I will like this......

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Hero ($56.30)
UTG ($82)
MP ($70.50)
CO ($49.25)
Button ($26.60)
SB ($59.65)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8, T.
UTG raises to $1, 3 folds, SB calls $0.75, Hero calls $0.50.

Flop: ($3) J, 4, 9 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.5, UTG raises to $6, SB folds, Hero calls $4.50.

Turn: ($15) 6 (2 players)
Hero bets $6, UTG raises to $29, Hero calls $23.

River: ($73) T (2 players)
Hero bets $20.3 (All-In), UTG calls $20.30.

Final Pot: $113.60

Results in white below:
Hero has 8d Td (one pair, tens).
UTG has Ks Kh (one pair, kings).
Outcome: UTG wins $113.60.

Good at it arn't I? That was after I ran ito sets from a maniac running at 91VP$IP whilst he was paying off the rest of the table. And get back into the mindset where I know there are players like this and am happy to wait for them......
