I get the rest, but I don't know what WWSF means.

Good Job 8-)
If I had a hammer
I'd drop in the morning

with a 50% WWSF, what starting hands are you going with? I was playing 3/6 on stars for a couple weeks and running ~20% WWSF, and I felt pretty happy making 15 BB/hr. I guess everyone has their record setting session though.

VP$IP = Voluntary Put $ In the Pot
WWSF = Won When Saw Flop
BB = Big Bet $2/$4 game BB = $4
W@SD = Won at Showdown

Just to clarify BB has two meanings Big Blind and Big Bet. Taking $2/$4 as an example

SB Small Blind = $1
BB Big blind = $2
BB Big Bet = $4

When people say BB/100 or BB/hour they are usually talking about Big Bets.

I posted this as a joke. Anyway, my 3/6 results have been negative over the next 300 or so hands.

I'll be playing 3/6 tonight, Limit has been poor so far this week, my 2/4 record is down to 6BB/100

SnGs have been keeping me even, why the hell can't I win on both in the same week GRRRRR

Maybe i'm struggling with the two mind sets bluffing and winning SnGs losing at limit. Not bluffing winning at limit, losing at SnGs . . .

I'll try to keep track of my bluffs tonight.

Yeah, I got the same problem. I got a couple real beauties I took all the way to the river. I've starting cooling down more often on trouble flops, so at least I might have more then 3 weak outs when I come out guns blazing.

Yes, I had a run of ~2½ weeks where I averaged $90/hr, while playing 4 tables for 1-2 hours a day. It was quite enjoyable, but I think it over-inflated my ego alot. I lost ~25% of that back in 2 days, so I slowed down. $1500 net on that game isnt to bad though.

Lately, I've been playing the .5/$1 NL tables and averaging $30/hr. I really want to start winning at SnGs again though. Two weeks ago I was ITM 10 straight SnGs, since then its about 10% ITM. The cash games and my stud tourney 2nd are keeping me in the black.

Buy Small Stakes Hold'em. The only major adjustment for 2/4 is to assume the game is "tight" until proven otherwise.

It went quite well I doubled my buy in (well almost) and I beat the 3/6 games for 10BB/100

The first time for ages too that I was up on ring games and SnGs in the same night.

The 5/10 game although the quality of players were higher they were a lot looser pre-flop. Lots of blind steals and double bluffs and stuff. Was a lot of fun. I'm going to start re-building the old roll next week (Been cashing out last couple of weeks) so hopefully it won't be too long before I can play it again. Not planning on playing it until then, unless I spot a juicy game

The 3/6 games went ok had some awful luck though, dominated hands catching 2 pair and pairs being cracked by smaller pairs. Must have happened about 20 times, could have just been that because of the length of the session (7 hours) that I just saw more.

Good Session though

Like Fnord said, I assume the table is tight until I start picking up on the plays different people are making. Dont be fooled by a one time action, wait for a repeat before "defining" a pattern (player notes are very helpful here, you will be seeing the same players more often than in the lower limits). I found that most players in the 3/6 dont show cards unless they have to; if they do show, its normally an advertisement of the opposite from their normal play.

I start off a session tight and then loosen up into playing group 4 & 5 hands when in position and cheap. I played 10/20 for about an hour last week, just to see what it's like and make me feel special (I had 2 Gs in the BR at the time). It played fairly similar to 3/6, but with a few more bluffs (mostly A or K hi, missed flushes, straights, ect.). I didnt change my game, at all and made $28 at that one table in the hour. I've played 3/6 NL in person, and the 10/20 limit is just as much fun. I look forward to playing it regularly in the future, but I prefer to ease into it.

I may start getting back into the higher limit games in a week or two. But, right now I want to focus on bringing my SnG performance back up more than anything. Unfortunately, my comp is screwing with me. I cant even get online at home. I think its some type of spyware, time to reformat!!
