Local 4/8 game.

UTG+1 is loose, but knows how to play. MP is relativly tight/passive for this game. I have a shit pile of chips and a rep for being tight and always having the goods. MP has laid down to me at least once already.

I limp T 9 UTG. UTG+1 raises, passive MP calls, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop is 8 4 2

BB checks, I check, UTG+1 bets, MP calls, BB folds, I call.

Turn is 7

I check, UTG+1 bets, MP calls, I raise, UTG+1 looks at me curses and folds, MP calls.

River is 5
I bet, MP folds, I show

How were you able to find a live 4/8 game with people who won't call down a pair of 2's regardless of hte board?

Sometimes it's a really tight/passive game (and I make like a tree.) Other times it's capped 6 ways every hand. Sometimes it changes from one to the other in a couple hours.

I still dont understand why you play so low live. Do you not have high stakes around you live?
