So I'm playing in the LHE $5+$1 $1000 added tonight on Party Poker. There's 129 people left, the bets are at $600/$1200 and I've got the hand that is going to give me the chips to take me deep into the tournament, heads up with an even stacked opp. The flop brings me top pair plus an oesd. He bets, I raise, he calls. The turn brings my straight. He bets, I raise, he calls. Somehow, while switching from over to my other table to quickly fold a nothing hand, which at this time I knew I should have fucking closed, I manage to click the 'Fold to any bet' button on the tourney table. I switch back just in time to see the river card, the bet that drains his stack, and me folding my hand with 7 chips left in front of me.

I'm pissed. New monitor coming this week that'll keep me from having to overlap. A day too late, dammit.

Glad it was just a $5 tourney.

I've played thousands and thousands of hands and never once did this.

I'm really just "guessing" that's what I did. All I know is I went to click on the call button and all of a sudden my cards were getting tossed in. Know for a fact I didn't hit the big fold button by mistake.

Wanna know what's funny about that? In the $20+$2 $40000 guaranteed NLHE last night on the first hand I played I sucked a guy in when I hit a boat on the turn... With half our stacks already in the pot, he bet all but 70 chips, I went AI and he thought for a minute and folded. Guess he didn't feel pot committed.

Does this qualify as a bad beat?

Probably is the wrong thread for this. Not sure what it qualifies as other than 'stupid shit I've done while playing online'.

It qualifies as a bad beat, I think. It's like the poker software is putting a bad beat on you.

I was watching someone play a sat to the 500k on Stars, and they got busted for al but 15 chips. The guy with 15 chips was small blind right after that...and he folded...leaving himself 10 chips. He did double up the next hand though
