Hi there,
I run FL FR too tightly atm and the main areas Im probably missing out on some VPIP is deffinately broadways, suited and unsuited. Small/Mid PPs I just don't play well with post flop either.
Mainly Im after how you play your BWs. Atm in UTG I only play AQs+/AQo+ for a raise as far as unpaired hands. Having fished out SSHE the tables suggest raising AJs+ and AQo+ and "playing" all suited BWs, AJo+ and KQo. By being under the "play" and not "raise" are they suggesting open limping, Ive never been 1 for open limping?
How are you guys playing AJo and QJs type hands in EP with fold infront of you?

I generally raise.
then again, all here know i'm a bit laggy, but i compensate it with well timed aggression and reading hands (which i keep working on).
But what i GENERALLY do is not important. It all depends on how the table is going.
My advise is that raising the big suited hands is hardly ever a mistake as they play pretty well post. They will flop at least 2overs and a backdoor most of the time. They play well HU, they play well multiway.
The trouble hands are the offsuit ones such as KJ, KT, QJ, AT... that dont do too bad HU, but will get u in trouble multiways. How to play them will depend on the table, the competition, etc...
If raises dont get much respect and the table plays loose multiway pots all the time, i will muck them as fast as i can. If the table is tight, i may play them depending on my image/position but be careful if a rock 3bets me (play fit or fold and consider domination issues)

The biggest issue w/ your question, and/or SSHE advice is the comparison between ONLINE VS. LIVE.
Online, tables don't play as loose/bad as live. Live, I'm playing a ton more hands up front. 99+, AJo+, KQo+, KJs+ is getting raised in both games... but postflop play must be equated in your preflop play. The better your post play, the wider your pre range should be.
Live play, there's a lot more opportunities to play a wider range, as the players are sooo much worse. Online, I think it's more important to play a bit more snug early, depending on your post play.
I think a lot of players miss opportunities to build big pots with hands that do well multiway (suited broadway, specifically)- don't be that player.
