Line looks good to me. I am guessing UTG had pocket aces or queens, and UTG +1 had something like A,7 of spades and hit the flush on the river.

I'd cap the turn, board isn't threating, especially with the lack of preflop action (I think you're only afraid of pocket 7's, because KK would have raised preflop).
