Fnord swears by it. Thats about as good of a review as you'll get. Its very math intensive, I couldn't get through it, as my math skills blow. ;]

I read about three quarters of it and just got bored with it. It's very dry. It reads like a school text-book and is not nearly as engaging as most of the other poker books out there.
That being said, it does have a lot to offer, and if you actually put time into studying it, your poker math skills will improve. It is meant for stakes of about 3/6 online or about 5/10 live.
