Hi Chicago
These are just my thoughts to compare with your own. I am, at best, an average player.
Hand 1 - I would have bet the turn. The 2 has to be a brick for eveyone. After three checks it's hard to get a read on whether the river action is legit.
Hand 2 - same as I would play it
Hand 3 - same as I would play it (I like the smooth call)
hand 4 - same
Hand 5 - some might say u should have capped the turn and called the river, but I would play as you did ( I fear two pair here on a weak ace, or trip 6s) Would UTG limp with weak ace???
Hand 6 - looks good. I wonder if others would think it weak just to call the flop bet by the SB?? Me thinks the SB has AK or QQ

Hand 1: Really bad turn play, No need to give your opponents a free card, or yourself for that matter, when you have Pocket Aces. You arent drawing to anything so you are just trying to win a big pot. BAAAAADDDDDD!!!!!!!
Hand 2: I doubt the guy has a club or a 4, if anything he has a pocket pair or a Kx. This play is pretty typical of a decent player, did you have a read on him?
Hand 3: Yup.
Hand 4: Tough luck on the flush.
Hand 5: Yeah, might as well put him all in on the river anyway.
Hand 6: Yeah, good play here.

1. Bet the turn
2. Fine
3. Fine, could pop the flop but is ok to wait here
4.call the turn and river,
5. Dont raise this river, he most likely has you beat
6. I think your beat here to AA KK or AK but your call down is ok I guess pot is big
If it makes you feel any better I moved up to 5/10 and since then every 2/4 session I have had has been terrible, -75bb in about 3000 hands yuck.

To vent for a minute, this was one of the worst sessions I've EVER had at 2/4. Apparently, many of the bad, yet tricky, players have moved there from 1/2. By this, I mean they seem to play all sorts of hands and seem to hit or just plain suckout against me. Then when they suckout, the checkraise the river, and trap me for two bets. This specific river suck/check raise play happened to me at least 10 times last night. Either this is the case, or I am just having a terrible time adjusting to this level from 1/2.

Yeah, I pussed out on this one. I had a sinking feeling one of them had a J--not my usual play here at all. In short, he did, which was par for the day.

Yeah, he was a 35-40 VPIP'er, who raised a lot, so I figured I probably could be ahead. But OF COURSE this asshat had a damn K--and 4. Another typical hand for this session. And he didn't have a club.[/quote]

I suppose it does...per my previous whiny message
It's unbelieveable how the combination of suckouts and tricky players just smash my WR. I need to find a way to beat these games, as 1/2 is pretty boring--yet profitable--at this point for me.
