Ok you are either the sb or bb and the only other player in the pot is the other blind. What is your attacking range? personally i will raise any ace, any pair, any 2 cards 10 or higher. Honestly though i don't have much expiernce in that spot as it is rare in low stakes holdem.

Reads prevail. I'll raise any two against the average SS player. To forego this chance at the pot I would need a specific, player-based reason.
I would do this at anything less than 3/6

Your range looks pretty solid ogre, if you're not losing money then I wouldn't fix it.
Lefou is setting himself up for spewage down the road.

Agreed.
Any ace, any pair, any two cards ten or higher. And I feel alright with K9s and K8s too.

Maybe.
These are steal attempts, though. I drop 'em if called... don't play much LHE anymore, though and I'm probably wrong.

I generally raise about the top 40-50% of hands from the SB, and call about the same range in the BB, maybe even more depending upon the SB; Rarely if ever just calling in the SB. Also, expect that reads are more difficult since most players will be more aggressive and tricky (good and bad) in blind wars.

So are we in pretty much raise/fold mode if folded around to us and we're in the SB? If a hand it worth playing it is worth raising IMO so I probably raise the top 1/3 of my hands here and let the rest slide. Also depends on the blind structure, is it a 1/2 or a 1/2.5 or 1/3?
In a blind war you would like to start with a hand with immediate showdown value heads up. This would include any pocket pair, any ace, or any king. Im raising Kxo out of my SB.

Stealing from the SB is tricky because well, youre stealing out of position and giving BB pretty good straight up odds. Definitely raise/fold.
In a 1/3, I all but rolled over and played dead from the SB.
Raising Kxo from the SB (against BB, as opposed to against a steal) is pretty player specific.

Yea, not saying Kx is an autoraise in a blind war but it does hold an advantage over a random hand. What's the computer hand again Q8o?
