Ultimate Bet 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T, 8.
6 folds, CO calls, Button calls, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 2, 3, 8 (4 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, CO calls, Button raises, Hero 3-bets, CO calls, Button calls.

Turn: (6.50 BB) 9 (3 players)
Hero bets, CO calls, Button folds.

River: (8.50 BB) A (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

Final Pot: 10.50 BB

Some explainations:
1) I'm not sure to call or fold this at SB, so since there are limpers I just decide to call and experiment a little

2) 3 bet at flop, since I put the raiser on a flush draw. Looking back, I'm not sure it's a smart idea.

My questions:
1) Do you bet out the flop? If you check what's your plan?
2) Do you bet the turn/river?

Thanks for your comments in advance!!

At 3.5:1 preflop, this is a fold. From there, your play is good. I might check/call the river, its a shitty shitty card.

Also note: I'm retarded and misread your position, so you're getting 7:1, and that makes it a close-call, depending if you can outplay your opponents. From the looks of it, you can. I still think I check/call the river and let him bluff at it, though.

I dont mind the flop 3bet against a flush, if you think he'll take a free card. You're not giving it, and that makes it a "mistake" on his part. You could also donkbet a non-spade card.

It's fine to call w T8o here. In HEPFAP Sklansky mentions 86o and any 2 suited as playable. If you believe your read, by all means 3 bet. I'd be a little concerned about the co. As of your flop bet Is he just looking at 2 overcards? If so your 3 bet will probably drive him out (although obviously, here, it didn't)--otherwise he has odds to call.

I bet the flop.
I bet the turn because I'm guesstimating I'm up against two draws. (I'm pretending I didn't hear you say, "Looking back, I'm not sure it's a smart idea". ) If the co had 8 and another, he might well have raised the flop bet, and with a pair of 9s or higher he would have presumably raised preflop. I can't put him on just overcards at this point, since he might have raised pf, or folded to my 3 bet on the flop.
I check the river. I'm trying to imagine a hand a remotely sane player would call a river bet with here that can't beat me.
