I tried incorporating some HEPFAP concepts on that last one....didn't work out too well. CO was TAG, 17 VPIP, 9 PFR through 500 hands.

I'm only down about 25 BB so far, even with all the above. I'm gonna switch sites and try and make it back.

full houses are the most profitable hands especially when you are up against likely flushes and straights. i think it's worth the extra 2 or 3 extra big bets on the turn to hit on the river and cap another 4 with the others.

holy shit those are some tough beats. did you really get clobbered with all those premium hands in one day?? sounds like you caught the same ill run of cards that i had 2 weeks ago at the casino. QQ's and JJ's crushed by bizarro straights on the river in $6/$12 kill pots. at my worst, i was down more than 80 big bets!! but have faith, all luck normalizes over time and you WILL get back on track. patience and discipline are on your side. if i can pull myself out of such a deep chasm with my limited skills, surely you can too.
