I probably would have raised turn but would have a hard time folding if 3 bet so calling to me is fine.

I'd expect UTG to have trips, UTG+1 looks like he missed his draw. CO might have two spades like you (one of which is an ace).

Brutal hand though.

Call on the turn is fine, the last thing we want to do is open ourselves up to a 3bet, especially if one of them is sitting on Axs or Kxs.

River is an easy 3bet, he has a flush here basically never. He cold called 3 bets on the flop and then donk bet the turn. The only hearts I am even remotely worried about are if he flopped the straight with 7h6h, I don't see anyone donk betting on the come in that spot.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

i agree with the 3bet on river. hearts dont scare me at all. looks like CO will pay off, too. we know UTG will lead again. why not check, let UTG bet, let CO call and raise to get one more? i dont think i am afraid to cap this if UTG 3bets. by leading, UTG raises, and i am rather shocked that CO called two cold.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

Pre-flop is fine.
Flop is fine-- you flopped a big draw AND these guys are going to pay you off if you hit it, so might as well jam the pot.
Turn is fine-- you have 12 outs to the river and no fold equity. Just call.
3-bet river, and if he 4-bets, call and say "nice hand, sir".
