Dipping back into some micro LHE and these two hands were from my just completed first session. Did I miss a couple value bets on the river in these hands or was a check wise?

I think that with a couple opponents left in this first one, the flush getting there for one or both of them is quite likely, so my sense is that the check here is recommended.

Turn: (5 BB) (4 players)
Villain 2 checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, Villain 1 calls, Villain 2 calls, UTG folds.

River: (8 BB) (3 players)

Not sure about this one, the opponent didn't raise when the turn ace came, so maybe I needn't be afraid of him having it? Or is my pair with mediocre kicker weak enough to not be sure of being ahead?

Check the first one.

Definitely bet the second one. If you are going to bet the turn. Unraised PF blind vs blind, there is no question that I'm betting (prob b/f) the river when my opponent only c/c the turn.
