There is a nice view in PT that shows your profits by hour of the day. My sweetspot is Saturday afternoon, 2-6 p.
I also think any evening between 4-6 is best, followed by 6-10. It seems after 10 (Central Time), the player volume drops a bit and the play gets a bit tougher.
EDIT: I don't think party is easier during the day. I've heard that college kids get going around 3-4 and workers hit it around 4-5...so afternoon is best in my experience.
Does anyone have the same information about PokerRoom?

ive noticed the games are alot easier to beat after 7pm during the week, and just about anytime on the weekend. I tend to have most of my losing sessions during daytime (noon -4pm) during the week.

It's insanely loose-passive! One thing that bugs me is that the pacific tables break up so often. (Maybe due to the hours I play there)
