Hi All, I was wondering what are the best sites for playing Omaha? I'[ve been playing small stakes on Stars, and doing pretty well, but I was wondering what else is out there? I wouldn't mind a site w/ some fixed limit games, but I imagine all the action is at PLO wherever I go?

limit omaha is not for the feint of heart. The edges are soooooo small its almost pointless. As for PLO, I have found some good games on bodog at the 50 and 100 level. Party's 50 used to be the biggest ticket in town, but once they created 6max, those great full ring games dried up.

I have been playing 5c/10c limit omaha for a few weeks profitably now at Pacific Poker.
Just moved up to the 25c/50c tables last night and still came up ahead for the night.

I love limit Omaha - it's a very ABC game - especially at the lowest limit - there is very little question of reads - if there's a straight possible on the board - someone betting has it...flush, same, etc.
It get's a little tricky with paired boards because you can never be sure whether the player has a boat or just trips - but I don't bother drawing in Omaha on a paired board (unless it's with the trips and I'm drawing to a better boat).

Pacific seems FULL of fishy players who can't read the board and will reraise your straight with an overpair (that they raised with preflop) - so unless your straight falls to a flush/boat you can get paid off by these people.

The biggest downside is the 5x jump from 5c/10c to 25c/50c - kinda blows - wish they had 10c/20c but ah well.[/img]

The $0.10 - $0.25 players are BAD! A typical table is between 50 - 70% view flop % with lots of limping and little raising. I've seen tables exceed 85% on occasion, which can get to be pretty e$n$t$e$r$t$a$i$n$i$n$g.

Still, the swings are there...

Poker Room has some very fishy play. 25c/25c PLO8ob 25$max is extemely fishy. Nut camp, push, get paid, that simple. They also have a decent amount of limit starting at .50/1.00. I think you can play high only for .25/.50 limit.
Me here that me like talk. Poker I spend time talk and think and play so I like here to do same.

I believe HU limit omaha/8 is profitable if

- your opponent doesn't fully understand the game (>50% of players)
-your opponent tilts and makes bad decisions while you maintain your composure (by not being 'feint of heart')
-you can make crafty CR's
-you fully understand how to handle your cards preflop

Ok, stars is absolutely redonkuless. So is every where else. You can't find a table with under 50% vpip, there are always huge spewfish at every table. You are not going to find bad omaha tables at any site under like 1/2.
