Notice how relieved I am to have the T on the end. Also notice that the river turns out to be the absolute best card in the deck for me.

Preflop: Hero is CO with T, T.
UTG calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, 1 fold, MP3 calls, Hero raises, Button calls, 1 fold, BB calls, UTG calls, MP1 calls, MP3 calls.

Flop: (12.50 SB) T, 7, T (6 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, MP1 checks, MP3 checks, Hero checks, Button checks.

Turn: (6.25 BB) 9 (6 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, MP1 bets, MP3 folds, Hero calls, Button calls, BB folds, UTG calls.

River: (10.25 BB) 8 (4 players)
UTG bets, MP1 raises, Hero 3-bets, Button caps, UTG calls, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 26.25 BB

Results in white below:
UTG has 6s Js (flush, jack high).
MP1 has 8h 8d (full house, eights full of tens).
Hero has Th Ts (four of a kind, tens).

Nice hand. If this table was ANY good at all, you should have bet the flop. Nothing sets off the warning bells quite as quickly as the only preflop raiser getting the flop checked to him in good position, and him checking it. Not only would a flop bet disguise your hand a bit, but it would have set you up to raise the turn as well. I'd say you lost out on anywhere from 1-5.5 bets dependent on the villians' styles of play. But 26.25BBs aint too shabby a pot to bring down, so again, nice hand.

The table was good, but I think I lost several bets if I didn't play it like this.

You wouldn't have liked it so much if UTG had 56 spades.

You do have the deck crippled, but the pot is pretty big so I wouldn't bother slowplaying. You're offering these guys at least 13:1 to call a flop bet. Since you checked the flop, I do like just calling the turn, although with all the possible draws that will probably call anyway I could go either way. Sweet river, I love that shit.

Backdoor straight and flush draws might fold the flop, and I really would like them to stick around as they're the ones who will be paying me off the most. Pocket pairs and overcards might stick around if I bet, but they're not going to pay me as much if they hit. (Err, the overcards that is. The pocket pairs will pay me but are unlikely to hit.)
