I'm not sure about juciest, but the place with the biggest table selection (and obviously most fish, but not necessarily best fish:regular ratio) is party.
Does the monster drop at 1/2 or 2/4 though? You shouldn't play there if the monster jackpot is raked at those stakes.
The very fishy, untapped sites will mostly be full ring I think you'll find, and mostly nl too.
