Back from a break from poker, and here are my numbers from yesterday. Obviously not enough hands to give a totally correct reading, but I thought I'd post to see if there's something I should be working on. I've been playing .5/1 at PP.
Total Hands: 825
Won $ WSF%:32.88
bb/100: 10.34
Went to SD%: 37.67
Won at SD%: 45.45
PFR: 11.88%
Total aggression: 2.42
My guess is I probably need to get my VPIP down, but it doesn't seem to be hurting my game too much..

Meant to go into Limit Section, if one of those mods could move it that would be ideal.  I just woke up and had to go to work and was looking at what I did to think about working on it while at work. Wow, I didn't post my VPIP either, I am SO bad. 28.36

You can take a look and see that with a vpip of 28, theres more than a good chance he's playing too many hands. Why wait until he reaches more hands to tell him that?
Its also evident by his high WSD but low W$SD that he is taking some of the wrong hands to showdown.
You need to decrease your vpip by almost 10%, look at some hands that you played and realize some hands you played that you shouldnt have. Its scary, but 10% of 800 (because we cant all do math :P) is 80 hands! thats at least 40 BB that you probably could have saved. Tightening up is of severe importance.
