Raise on the turn was to try to clean up my ace outs after I pick up the nut flush + nut gutshot draws. That ok? What about the river bet?

I only like the flop call if you're closing the action or if the pot is bigger.
I think you over-thought the turn, AQ/AJ isn't folding and they're your biggest risks to your Ace outs.
I hate putting in 2 bets to showdown this hand on the river. Yet another reason why position is so important.

Call the turn. The only Aces you can fold to clear outs are A7 A2 and AK and it might not even get them out, not worth an extra bet.
I'd check/call the river, after Button 3-bets the turn I don't think one pair is good often enough to bet/call.

3 outs to top pair and a backdoor flush draw getting over 12-1 against a school of loose-passive opponents?

I'm ok with the flop call at this table, but yeah, turn call, river check/call was probably the way to go. Thanks.

I agree with Chez, you are in danger of making 2nd best hand (at best), on the turn I think the raise is a mistake but not a giant one. With 13 nut outs, keeping as many in as poss would be greater EV as I wouldn't rely on the Ace being a clean out.
The river is a check / call after the strength the button had shown on the turn.
