Worst downswing ive ever had playing and low limit of any level...
argh....down $250 after about 2 hrs of 4tabling $2/4...and 5 hrs later since havent recovered at all. Im still up $150 for the week but this is like an endless hole of badbeat after endless badbeat...I get drawn out on everything humanly possible

hang in there, if you are playing good poker it will turn around, just be patient.
I just spent 4 hours playing (2 tables), and never hit a flop, managed to bluff a few to keep the losses down.

Stop playing after losing 50bb. Have you ever lost 50bb and then came back profitable in the same session? Usually you just keep losing more.

I've done both. If I quit every time I dropped 50BB I wouldn't get in enough hours each week. I'm just comming off a pair of $400-$500 swings on Pacific and Party hasn't been very nice to me lately (outside of my raping a couple 2/4 tables.)

I think you are an exception because you have to play more than anyone else here.

I'm with you Aidan...coming off a similar session from yesterday. Was down -60BB at one time--and got back to about -40BB (~900 hands). ATo, AJo, KQ, and KJo just killed me in MP.
Strange thing about the session is that I was 55% W$SD but just hemmoraged chips. I think it was due to a combination of being a bit too LAGGY, and finishing 2nd best in most every big pot.

I usually don't play with a stop-loss, but I'm thinking about instituting one. I think that when I get down that far, I start to push marginal hands, and loose more. Even worse, I think I play big hands more cautiously to avoid another bad beat, which costs me money as well.
Frustrating day...
