-First thoughts are that someone on a diamond draw is likely since its 7 handed and that its possible someone reverse dominated my ace. Im pretty sure its raise here BUT is it better to call and wait for a non diamond?

No, I wouldn't wait for a non-diamond, I'd try to get rid of the blinds right now...or at least give them the wrong odds to call with a gutshot and to at least make them pay 2 to keep going with a flush draw or a low straight draw. The flush draws aren't going to go away, nor should they, but every now and then someone will fold when they *should* call (as opposed to the normal call when they should fold).
