I'm relatively new to Limit, so even when I hit a hand, I sometimes feel like I chased it to far trying to get lucky. Was hoping some of the others here could critique my thought process here...

Absolute Poker 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (5 handed) converter

Preflop: Fortune500 is Button with Q, A. MP (LAgg) posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG calls, MP (LAgg) (poster) raises, Fortune500 3-bets, SB(NoRead) caps, 1 fold, UTG calls, MP (LAgg) calls, Fortune500 calls.

The Lagg has shown me that he truly believes a K4 is the nuts and will 2-3 bet anything that comes his way. So I have no problem at all 3-betting his raise. The Cap from the small blind worries me. but at this point I have to call and proceed with caution.

Flop: (17 SB) 7, J, T (4 players)
NoRead checks, UTG checks, LAgg bets, Fortune500 calls, NoRead calls, UTG calls.

Don't like the Two hearts here, but I have picked up the gutshot to the nuts. The bet doesn't worry me... the calls behind me ease my fear that I'm up against Aces or Kings. I suspect that spiking an ace is probably enough. a Queen might do it, but I have a feeling the SB has Queens, so we'll discount that idea. At this point, I think I have 7 outs, the 4 kings and 3 aces. Gotta watch the hearts of course, as the checks indicate drawing hands to me.

Turn: (10.50 BB) 8 (4 players)
NoRead checks, UTG checks, LAgg bets, Fortune500 calls, NoRead calls, UTG calls.

Decent card for me. Probably a blank to most, but give me a double gutted straight. The lagg bets again. The calls behind me again make me think smaller pocket pairs. Now I've picked up 3 more outs with the nines. Easy call.

River: (14.50 BB) K (4 players)
NoRead checks, UTG checks, LAgg bets, Fortune500 raises, NoRead calls, UTG calls, LAgg 3-bets, Fortune500 calls, NoRead calls, UTG folds.

There's my nut straight. So that's good. But it's also the heart. The Lagg bets, and I raise. The 2 callers worry me here, and I can't discount the Lagg in there with some goofy heart draw. Was I right to call here, or should I have just gone ahead and capped?

Final Pot: 24.50 BB

Results in white below:
NoRead doesn't show.
LAgg has 7s Kc (two pair, kings and sevens).
Fortune500 has Qc As (straight, ace high).
Outcome: Fortune500 wins 24.50 BB.

I raise the flop in hopes of isolating LAgg. Your naked Ace might be good. Easy flop cap given the loose standards of LAgg and the fact you have another player in there who will likely pay you off.

When the pot gets big it's time to stop saving bets and release your inner LAgg!

Sucking out better than your opponents is a big part of limit poker.

Glad it turned out okay, but I'd think about this action differently. Don't count the ace or king of hearts as outs -- 'cause you can't bet them hard if they appear. I'd also subtract at least one of each considering PF action. So 4 outs or so.

One thing to consider here: raising the flop. LAgg -- as you suspected -- has very little. You might get yourself a free card, and a call by SB would indicate an overpair. A raise by SB would indicate 2 big hearts or an overpair w/one heart.

Just my first impression.

Fuck pot odds. It's a big pot, worst-case you're drawing live and I want LAgg heads-up.
