Game is 8-handed

You hold AJo at UTG +1

UTG fold, you raise, two callers (the one right behind you and BB)

Flop came 237 rainbow. BB check, you bet, 2 calls

Turn is a 9. check to you, do you bet?

What if turn is K/Q instead? Do you bet out?

I think playing agressively on flop is the way to go because at my level (1/2 FR now)there are loose callers. But turn is more tricky - as far as my experience go, very often if you bet and you get raised you're beaten. Now that you not only wasted one big bet (although you may have ended up paying that even if you check), you may not even have the appropriate odds to call the raise.

Bad run today, I think this is my worst run playing for about a month but I guess I shouldn't bore you with details.

However, I decide to sit at a table before I sleep and I got this:

Ultimate Bet 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with A, A. CO posts a blind of $1.
UTG raises, 1 fold, Hero calls, 3 folds, CO (poster) calls, 1 fold, SB calls, BB 3-bets, UTG calls, Hero caps, CO calls, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (20 SB) T, 7, 2 (5 players)
SB checks, BB bets, UTG raises, Hero 3-bets, CO calls, SB caps, BB raises and is all-in, UTG calls, Hero calls, CO calls.

Turn: (20.50 BB) A (5 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, CO raises, SB folds, UTG calls, Hero 3-bets, CO caps, UTG calls, Hero calls.

River: (32.50 BB) 5 (4 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, CO raises, UTG folds, Hero 3-bets, CO caps, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 40.50 BB

On the first one, I am betting the turn because you may take the pot down right there. If both still call then I check the River. I probably call if I get a bet on the river because Sklansky says to fold and lose the entire pot is worse than to lose just one bet if you call.

Second one I am checking the river as I think he got his flush. I probably call the bet, though, for the same reason as above.

Obviously there is some problem with the hand converter!

I think I agree with the turn bet now. As for the river, you care calling 1 BB to win 6. Are there people who won't bet the river for sure unless he has something? I say probably, especially if you can get long histories from them. But I will call sometimes even if I am 90% I'm beat, because I don't want to table to pick it up and start bluffing me.

Don't know that I like the pf raise much, but in the right game it can be ok.

With two callers to my flop bet I'll generally take the free card on the turn. Very hard to say without knowing the players, but in small stakes you're unlikely to get even bottom pair to fold. Are the blinds the kind of players who call with any two? If so, let the math tell you how to proceed. You're around 65-70% to be behind here, and (as I'm sure you know) the only reason to bet on deals such as this one is when you're ahead. If you are in fact ahead (30-35% or so of the time), a bet helps you when you get someone to fold who would have otherwise beat you on the river. Not too hard to calculate the odds to that, and don't neglect the times you fold to a check raise on the turn and thereby miss a J or A.
