only 33 hands on villian at 48/12/1.
I really want to fold this on turn very few capping hands left that I beat. I could also just bet/fold turn.

Check/fold is fine.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish by check/raising the flop?

I asume he's capping range is pretty big when he's only agaisnt me in BB thus I checkraise since I believe I'm ahead on this flop quite often.
Turn sucks and I should have check/folded against all but the superlags.

c/ring the turn is much more profitable, unless you think he'll check behind with big cards that missed.
