Villian is a 45/25, 0.65 aggression rating (this means passive, right?)

The button is in seat #3
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to hartlis1 [Ac 7c]

Wapbop folds
deeto has 15 seconds left to act
deeto raises to $2
edlafave folds

Wasn't sure whether to just call or 3bet, obviously folding isn't an option here.

What is your play and why? Appreciate the feedback.

PS: I need a working hand convertor. Anyone with one, please link me, thanks!
