How could I have played this better to maximize profit? Position sucks but I still played it badly.

don't gaybet the turn, check/raise it (gaybet is a term i picked up here meaning check/call one street then bet the next)

This may not be optimal play, but you did ask how to extract and that's one of the ways i can think of

Gaybet, bi-bet, straightbet....it's all good. i played the hand HORRIBLY in my opinion so the more trashing the better. I have a lot to learn about limit and the criticism can only help me improve.

But as for extracting value...I think c/r is best on turn then obviously bet/raise the river. The gaybet is a strange play unless you know other players will not respect it.
Superb play sir...I always call 20% of my stack off with a gutshot draw. Excuse me while I race for my wallet.

Can someone post a link for me pointing to the "gaybet" topic?

Preflop is really bad. Fold, or if you think you can steal the blinds raise. Do not open-limp in LP especially with a hand like K9o.

I'd probably check/raise the flop, given your flop check/call you should check/raise the turn, your bet killed your action.

Other than playing preflop poorly I think you played it fine.

Your biggest worry on that flop (besides QQ, 9Q or 9A) is TJ and with your K even if someone has that they only have 4 outs. So I don't mind you trying to keep people in the hand and not check raising the flop.

The turn is semi scary cuz now there's a flush draw too. Check raise maybe woulda been better but you also mighta scared JD out at that point.

You made a bunch with quads - that doesn't happen that often. Be happy.

elipsesjeff is an unknown quantity at this point
You're open call is horrible. Have you read Hyper's 6 max guide? NEVER open limp in a 6 max game, its as simple as that. Once you get that down you're position isnt horrible, considering you have position on most of your opponents. Therefore, the only incorrect play in this situation is to not bet/raise at every opportunity available.
