close. Given no information on the player I would respect the raise for the flush and get out. Though you could have re-raised as well respresenting the flush yourself.

nah easy fold
if UTG was passive, the wake up raise on the turn means you're already drawing dead

My hand doesn't have any showdown value and I have yet to see someone check/raise the field on the turn as a pure bluff, so I can expect at least a call-down. This leaves the question of how live I'm drawing. How much has the chance I'm drawing dead reduced the value of my hand and and is it still worth continuing? Hence, I don't see raising here as ever correct. I don't think I'm getting MP2 out of the pot with any hand I'd rather him fold.

Tough fold. I think there's a reasonable chance that UTG is on a set, but probably not enough to justify a call.
What I don't like about the fold is that the pot is starting to get big (essentially 9:1 if you think MP2 will call), and you've got a pretty easy decision on the river if you call.
These are the kinds of folds I just have a really hard time making, and it's probably costing me lots of $.

again I have the NL point of view, I know I could push someone off of a hand even a smaller flush . Like I said I would have probably respected the raise and folded.

it doesn't have to be a pure bluff, you can represent strength in the hand, you are not looking for showdown value at this point. I believe the correct play is to fold out, but I also believe a re-raise into this position could be benifitial given a good read.

Funny you should say that...
UTG had 3 3
MP2 had 2 8
I was drawing VERY live.
River was 8
UTG plays g00t.
