I'm thinking K8 and KQ in the blinds, and praying one of them doesn't have a set.

I think the Ace on the turn definately helped the BB out. I could easily see him having TJ or even also having AK. i don't see any reason for him to not cap the flop with a set, but to then come out and bet the turn. Even with the very real possibility of him having the straight, I think I would cap the turn, because I'd put you at about a 50/50 chance of winning the pot, but you are getting money from two opponents when you win. I don't think there is much chance at all that SB has you beat on the turn. If he(BB) comes out betting the river, I just call.

JT seems like such a remote possibility here, but a possibility nonetheless. Do you think the BB would wake up when the A hits the turn if he held Ax? Thatd be the first notion Id think of. I think the passive play on the river is definitely called for here.

I don't think JT is a remote possiblity at all. BB played that hand almost exactly how I would have with something like JTs(not clubs, because I'd have capped the flop with that). I don't think there is much of any chance that he has Ax, because unless he is just a complete moron he would not have called the 3-bet on the flop with that hand and would have no reason to bet out with it either unless it is Ax of clubs.

sure it could be AXs, probably AJs or ATs. He has so many outs he can afford to call those bets.

I say Axs, KQ, or trip 8s. I like the way you played it though.
