1. check-fold or check-call the river

2. Fine
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

I have a weakness for overplaying AKo myself. What to do when you reach the turn unimproved really, really depends on your opponents and your notes. If they tend to fold to sustained aggression, then bet and even raise. If they call with any pair then check and/or fold.

Over many hands I think I have managed to significantly reduce the overall profitability of AK by overplaying it the times it does not hit.

ETA - it also depends on pot size and board texture, of course. If the board is 4567 and there is multiway action... If it is J 73 in a bit pot heads up...
