I'm really getting down right now. I know 110BB might not be much, but 220$ is a big loss for me...almost 1/3 of my BR and TBH i'm pretty scared about that. I try not to let it affect my play, but TBH it's hard to get motivated to actually PLAY after these losses.
SPOILER:

Except for hand 2 all the hands here were lost.

Hand 1: Looks good.
Hand 2: Looks good.
Hand 3: I may fold this preflop?
Hand 4: Looks good.
Hand 5: Only thing I might do different is call the 3-bet rather than cap preflop.
Hand 6: Looks good.
Hand 7: I'd call the preflop 3-bet rather than cap and then check/fold the flop. I think that since you capped, you should bet out on the flop to see where you are. I also fold the turn, the way you played it.
Hand 8: Fold preflop.
Hand 9: I'd probably go ahead and bet the river here.
Hand 10: Looks good, I may just cap the flop.
Hand 11: I'd probably raise the turn.
Hand 12: Looks good.

Hand 4: I would bet/fold or check/fold the turn.
Hand 7: I'm done on the flop.

No f'n way. Raise pre-flop, call the 3-bet then either check/fold or check/call the flop depending what you think of the pre-flop 3-bettor's range.

I've been folding KQo from UTG preflop in .5/1 as a default play.

I raise KQo and AJo from UTG. If you're a good player post-flop and won't mindlessly spew into the unwashed masses of calling stations unimproved and out of position, you will show a profit. If the game is so stupid-loose that raising UTG will still get a 5-6+ way pot, then it's an easy limp playing fit-or-fold. In games like that you should also be limping any pocker pair, JTs+, etc. Maybe even more crap ala the SSH loose game chart depending on how deep your pockets are and the size of your nutsack.

I also raise ATo from BN+5 (or to put it another way, UTG at an 8 handed table, UTG+1 at a 9 handed table, UTG+2 at a 10 handed table.)

~100BBs over 1500 hands is nothing to panic about, but you are now under-rolled for 1/2. I'd consider beating up .50/1 for a while.

I've dropped 100bb in 100 hands at least once. 50bb in 100 hands happens all the time. 75bb in 100 hands isn't all that uncommon.

I'm almost certain I've never moved up permanently without moving back down at least once.
