Ok SO I actually think we've had a pretty simliar hand not too long ago. I think it was Hyper who had it.

And Demi mentioned that your hand really doesn't improve when the K hits. I think it's the same here. If I wasn't ahead on the flop I'm not ahead on tuin either.

Villian is 58/15/1,5 from 170 hands. So definately a spewer.

Anyone who thinks they loose less (how).

Looking at it what the hell am I check/raisn turn for..??

elipsesjeff is an unknown quantity at this point
Call down.

Why would you cap the flop but check the turn?

If you read it I was questioning myself the same.

I guess what really happened was me thinking that no way I wasn't ahead of him now and that I would try and checkraise him.

Sure enough I should have lead the turn and call down a raise.

In the end this hand is not very useful.

I didn't think of this until I had posted, but this stuff comes up so rarely that spraying an exktra BB in this situation is a very minor mistake IMO.

It is useful - if you cap a flop, checking the turn is never, ever, ever a good idea unless youre planning to check/fold ;]

meah, i think that once he lead after you capped the flop and you c/r and got 3 bet by him i think red flags would have gone up instantly, that looks like at worst AQ but would he really 3 bet and cap that here you would think once he got c/r on the turn AQ slows down... so i'm thinking AK and i'm choping, i think i might have called the flop and on the turn donked it, if he still raising i'd call down... with no reads, since he is a 58/15/1.5 seems like he would only be playing this argo post flop with a solid hand...
