Obv not folding pre, but I just seem to end up spewing off chips with multi limpers/calling stations about? Post flop okay?

Looks like hero got it about right to me.
Hero Raises PF is debateable. For that we would need info about UTG. If he plays a super solid tight game, Hero calls, if he plays a loose game, and you've seen him ignore the gap concept (extremely likely at .5/1) then hero raises. Trick is, I actually caught one of the most solid PF guys I know raising AJo UTG at $3/$6!!! Now I'm willing to 3bet this guy with AKo in certain situations.
You probably had outs to peel to the Queen, Ace or King Sadly your ace or king was probably dead though, but def not both.
and turn fold is good.
