Isolate and showdown via turn continuation bet. Played well?

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (7 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A, K.
Hero raises, 4 folds, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6 SB) J, 5, 5 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB calls, BB folds.

Turn: (4 BB) 5 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls.

River: (6 BB) Q (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: 6 BB

Results in white below:
Hero has Ah Kd (three of a kind, fives).
SB has Tc 8c (three of a kind, fives).
Outcome: Hero wins 6 BB.

If it's a typical player, I'll probably have to lay down. Even if I spike an A or K, I don't know how often they are good. Maybe they are on clubs, but they are out of position on a paired board - so that would be a bad assumption.

That's just way too tight, IMO. Pot is paying 9:1 if you're checkraised. Give the raiser credit for a J or small pair and try to spike your overcard on the turn. Typical player at 1/2 is calling your flop bet and raising the turn if he has a 5. He's also 50% more likely to have a J than a 5.
