From his stats, he is a calling station, so he could be on any 2 preflop. Odds are that he hit the flop, and is calling you down no matter what.
Check behind on the river imo.

Betting the flop/turn is good, but take the free showdown on the river. This looks like a pretty clear case of not going to get a better hand to fold and not going to get called by many worse hands.
