Easy 3-bet pre-flop and from there it plays very differently.
Not a big fan of the the river cap, this hand reeks.

Also, I think you can laydown to the turn raise. He didn't build a pot on the flop, so I see no compelling reason to pay off on the turn. If he's bluffing, then good for him because I'll probably value 3-bet his ass next time.

Yeah, the 'check/behind the flop but raise the turn' line is a dead giveaway, its even funnier when they checkraise you on the flop and try it again on the turn only to whiff and have you draw out on them...
I REALLY don't like river cap

You should only cap the river when you think you have a better than 50% chance winning the hand. How many hands that 3-bet the river beat you?
Hands that beat you:
QQ, KK, AA Q8 K8 A8 (30 ways)
hands that lose:
66 TT A6 (28 ways)
you have only 48% of winning so don't cap
I have a lot of doubt about A6 making sense here too
And I can't see that he won't realize you caught the jack with the tens... sixes make sense up until the river
but just giving you that range still shows you shouldn't cap
oh yeah 3 handed this is automatic 3-bet
