hand 1
Although I can't remember being in this situation (3 bets to me with AKo) I believe I would fold preflop. But since you're in, bet the flop.

hand 2
bet flop, I like the rest.

hand 3
I like it...I've been experimenting with the flop check/raise recently. I used to almost always do it on the turn, but I've found that it works quite well when you're in a hand HU and the other player has raised preflop, and you hit the flop. Here's an example if you don't mind:

Ultimate Bet 0.50/1 Hold'em (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7, 8.
1 fold, UTG+1 raises, 7 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) 7, 8, 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero raises, UTG+1 folds.

Final Pot: 3.75 BB

SSH says call if there were two raises in front of you if you have AKo and you're in middle position.

elipsesjeff is an unknown quantity at this point
When it is heads up though you have no need for it. As long as your guy will continue to bet when check to you can check raise the turn and steal some more from him.

I bet the flop in hand 1 to see where you are at.

I also bet the flop out in hand 2, get that flush paid off bigger if it hits.

Hand 3 is fine by my reckoning.

i don't need to bet. i already know. the raise/call from UTG+1 and the 3bet from MP1 already tells me they both at the least have a strong A hand like AJ+ or TT+. i checked for my free card. 4 small bets for 4 cards...seems like a good deal to me :P

They look good to me. On #2 I am with dwarfman and will usually raise the flop on a flush draw from the blinds. It does get more action on the flushes and in this situation, your semibluff on the turn into the board 9's will get more respect with a flop raise.
