Have you been 3betting? You're forcing someone to show up with KT, KK, TT, 55 which likely happens less then 50% of the time.

I remember you ripping me for making a similar play...

For 3betting PF right? Meh, I wasn't counting on the other big stack calling my 3bet.

Or hands like 9QJx, KQJ... That are probably 60/40 favorites over dry aces on that board (too lazy to run the numbers).

Having 2x the pot left in our stack makes this a bit awkward, but I can't see anything other than a pot bet and call and hope a big draw is all that we are against.

[Edit: I thought after posting that I had better check those numbers. I am very out of Omaha shape. QJ9x is 43% and KQJx is 53% against aces)
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Yea, PF is marginal at best, double-suited aces is certainly a repop.

I bet half-pot on the flop and they both folded, I was going to b/f the flop though, wonder if that is the right play?

It's a cbet bluff, but I like it. Too many people at micro limits call big 3bets and insta-fold flops. I can only assume they're searching for sets or I don't even know what.

against good opposition u really have to pot it and cross your fingers. your line is just going to get check raised most of the time.

against loose-weak fish a bet 1/2 pot --> fold line is ok

pre flop I agree
