MP3 is a multi tabler 15/10 and doens't get out of line post flop.
Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx
Preflop: Hero is SB with A , A .
UTG calls, 3 folds, MP2 raises, MP3 3-bets, 2 folds, Hero caps, 1 fold, UTG calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls.
YEE HAW ACTION!!!!
Flop: (17 SB) K , 9 , 2 (4 players)
Hero bets, UTG folds, MP2 calls, MP3 raises, Hero 3-bets, MP2 folds, MP3 calls.
Not my favorite flop at all, but I want to see what all the fuss is about.
MP3s raises and calls my 3bet. I can put him on AK, possibly QQ with the Q hearts.
Turn: (12 BB) K (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks.
*Grubmles* Thats the card I didn't want to see. But what the hell did I check for after 3 betting the flop.
River: (12 BB) T (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks.
Well crap, this hand went to hell.
Final Pot: 12 BB

Shitty. I play the same. Though I might bet/fold the turn.

I'd bet the river hoping he doesn't have the Ah and that he's sensible enough to consider I have it.

Wasn't there some kind of a law where you should bet a four-flush board out of position?
1. You're giving him a chance to fold the deuce/tray of the suit
2. You would probably call a bet to make sure he didn't just bet because you checked on the turn AND on the river
3. If a weaker hand calls you (very unlikely, but will happen sometimes) you get an extra bet in maybe if he has jacks or queens he'll call since the king paired

IOPQ, see fnords post, clarkmiester.
Nothing he could have would have less than the T of the suit so he's not going to have a small heart. he's 15/10 and plays well post flop.
His most likely 3bets are AA,KK,QQ,JJ,TT, AKs,AQs,AKo
He's not folding any one of those that has a heart in it.
The only possible hands I could beat are QQ,TT,JJ
Those that beat me are AK,KK, any heart
So I think its boreder line, I'm only ahead of 2-3 possible hands but with his flop action I can narrow him down pretty close.
