I just should call. Maybe have the guy a lucky 2 pair or something . You never know. if he raises i should call. if he checks you raise.

I don't know, but I see bad players do this with 88, JJ or AK all the time. You're telling them you've got a big hand and they don't believe you. I'm pretty tempted to put in one more raise on the river no matter what his AF is.

I agree. But do bad players with an AF of 0.8 do this?
I just call this one.

His 3bet pf suggests a big pair, or AK.
I think he has JJ-KK enough here and is thinking zomfg overpair that we lose value by not raising. Sometimes he'll have TT (I think 99 3bets the turn since it is the nuts on the turn) but more often I think he's got JJ-KK.

I've seen this line a lot with weak overpairs. Although the 99-TT weak overpairs are now sets, I think this is still JJ-KK enough to raise on the end.

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

hand combination vs. his 3betting range this is an auto-raise
also, does everyone always cap PF here? what about OOP?

OOP i may sometimes mix in just calling a 3bet. But only against aggressive villains, that i can c/r 100%, and if it will be HU.
Against passives, I will always cap no matter what. Pushing action is much more important against them than trapping.
