Hand 1: Go into c/c mode. Someone could have KJ, the A hearts, or a made flush, and all will be happy to pump the pot. Donks with a random heart will also stay in the hand no matter what. The only time I might raise is if the non-heart Ace or another 7 comes on the river and there's no more hearts. Otherwise it is a pretty safe fold if another heart does come, except a turn A hearts in which case you can hang around and try to fill up.

Hand 2: Cap. Consider his preflop capping and turn 3betting range to be:

AA (1 hand): split pot
KK (6 hands): villian has 2 outs
QQ (3 hands): we have 2 outs
AQ (6 hands): villian has 2 outs

Overall our equity is huge, about 76%. If you're unwilling to put in four bets on the turn and river because villian might have QQ, you'll be losing out those times he has KK or AQ - and those latter situations will be much more frequent.

Hand 3: I 3bet the turn here. MP raised pf, raised the flop and then the turn, and probably has a big pair, or AKs with a FD, something like that. You can't expect to be behind him so keep going. CO cold called the flop and turn and looks to be on a draw - JT or FD. Some guys are bad enough to call along with QJ or QT here because they have '10' outs, or A9, K9 because they have 'top pair'.

Look out for completed draws on the river but b/c regardless. MP will raise again with KK which is fine, and will probably pay you off with AK. Who knows what CO will do, he might just be bad enough to pay off with QJ.
