Yeah that turn licked balls for you. The river was a blank so of course you can't dump. I like the turn bet/call too because the villian is "retarded."

If you're gonna call the turn you gotta call that river. Better question is should you fold that turn? If he's that retarded maybe not; otherwise I say yes.

He's betting the turn when the flush hits, this means, HEY, I HAVE A FLUSH, GIVE ME MORE MONEY. Fold, easily.

Or from a "retarded" player it means hey I just caught a K or a flush DRAW please take more of my money.

If he was an aggressive retard I'd say call no doubt. But since he's a "passive" retard I'm leaning towards folding.

With more opponents I can get away from this easily- heads up...with the tens and the flush there's a good chance you're beat, but I probably call it down anyway. I'm waffling though. It depends on how stong your read is. If he's really that passive, then I'm actually more concerned about the tens than the hearts.

I think a T is more likely here than a flush. Passive players rarely raise the flop with a flush draw and especially not HU.

Since he's very passive, there's only 5 hands that are going to raise you on the flop ... AA, kk, qq, jj, and Tx. Since he didn't reraise preflop, he probably has Tx (possibly JJ as an extremely passive player may not reraise) . I think this is either fold the raise on the flop or check-call for a showdown.

Looks like Tx or the flush. Go with your read man and lay it down. Against an unknown I call this down...

But I hate going with my read if I have a pretty good hand!

The other night I flopped middle set with 99 against KK's top set, and was talking to Jeff while I was playing it. From the flop on, I was saying "he's got KK, there's no other hand in the world he could possibly play like this other than KK" while I continued to pour bets into the pot. :P
