8game HH's dont wanna convert, I've been dabbling in 8game and the SNG's, the play is pretty awful, and even though I prolly suck at half the games I'm winning in cash and in the SNGs.

BTN has been aggro (this is only like 12 hands in as LHE is second in the rotation to 2-7) and the BB is a total fish. I cannot remember the last time I played much limit, so maybe this is standard, or maybe PF is awful, idk?

Stacks that matter
BTN-2445
Hero-1820
BB-755

Blinds 40/80
Hero is SB with 4 4

3 folds, BTN raises, Hero 3bets, BB folds, BTN calls

Flop (7SB) Q 7 2
Hero bets, BTN calls

Turn (4.5BB) 7
Hero bets, BTN calls

River (6.5BB) 2
Hero bets

Looks ok. I'd prefer to check the river to induce a bluff though because I hate getting raised there.

It's pretty standard, but for river, i'd c/call to snap his bluffs.
Especially with a read of him being aggro. I'd tend to bet it only against passive SD bound players that'll call w Ahi.
As long as u dont get raised, it's ok, even the aggro may call down w an ace on a 2pair board.

standard to me, but i think we need a better read to induce. there should be a fair amount of equity here against buttons stealing range....provided he opens up with position.

sure, he's aggro so far, but its a 12 hand read. are you two still that confident he'll fire when we look to give up? i hate getting raised, but i also hate him checking behind when we have the best hand and are in a decent pot.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

cant really expect him to call with worse unless we have a read of him being a station, so betting out doesn't acomplish much. at least c/calling gives him the possibility of bluffing. Wether he does or not is another matter.
