I took a long break from poker so i could use some opinions on my play. Especially what to do when i pair up on 4th, but anything else is appreciated also.

7 Card Stud High-Low ($0.25/$0.50), Ante $0.05, Bring-In $0.10 (converter)

 That sucks - everyone hit their hand on 6th street, and the river didn't help you at all.

 I would raise 3rd, you have a good hand and you want the bring in to fold
4th and 5th are fine.
With your board I think I bet 6th as well, although I can make some arguments for check-calling
