I think you call because of him just initially calling the bring-in methinks

why is it showing the 2cAd for each players hole cards?

He called the bring in and then bet 4th and 5th which seems wierd.

Hole cards look like a problem in the convertor

Could be 2 pair, could be trips (although then he should raise) and could be a bad hand (pair of 6 and 3 spades, 2 of them low) that he cannot get away from

I think it's a fold because you're probably drawing dead for half the pot. It might be a call heads-up, but not with another player showing 4 low cards.
