TLR is an unknown quantity at this point

I was pretty confused by this hand, I put villian on a strong low with str8 draw, and I honestly could not decide if I should build a pot or call it down

It is a little odd. 2-3 in the hole maybe for an open-ended straight draw and a good low draw. Otherwise he's just trying to pump up the pot with his low. I can't really imagine why he's being so hyperaggressive otherwise (unless he's rolled up and didn't figure out that you've got higher trips).
