I guess I'm more focused in 6th/7th since the rest seems standard. He's probably freerolling so I should just call down? But of course I don't want to let him draw to his straight for free, so maybe raising would be better?

I would probably just call 6th and the river because of the threat of a free roll. There's virtually no chance you're scooping this pot once he raises you.

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
Slow down on 6th, villian called a double raise on 3rd and caught good on 4th, on 5th he paired his 6, if he had trips 6s here he would probably reraise, so his likely hand is 4 lows with a pair of 6th.
On 6th with 3 exposed 2's it is unlikely the 2 has paired him, probably giving him a made low with a gutshut wheel draw, If I had to guess the other villian on 6th is drawing to a worse low and is of a little threat to you.
On good point for you is that there are 3 dead 3s and 2 dead 5s so he is very unlikely to hit his draw, and you are probably splitting. In this case you want the 3rd villian in contributing to the pot, I would check call 6th
