I have very very little experience in Stud8. I really didnt know what to do here. I thought about just calling with the wheel on the end, but I though there is a chancet opp might have just queens up and I didnt want to lose value there.

Jam 4th street. Once you make your wheel, don't stop raising. Worrying about losing money to the rake is silly when you can't lose the pot but have a good chance of winning it.

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point

4th: Raise, you have a very good hand and want to build the pot. You also put the other low hand on a tough decision, and if he folds it is an added bonus, because now even an 8 low is good for you
5th: bet
6th: jam the pot, especially once you are heads up, based on his earlier play villian does not seem to have another Q, and if he has the case 3 so be it, you will find yourself facing 2 pair pretty often
