Consider a raise on 3rd.
4rth is a bet, I see no reason to think you don't have the best hand and if you don't, you're now drawing to Kings up.

I agree that 4th is a bet

I am not sure about 3rd

I think you should raise 3rd to eliminate the bring-in and get money in the pot with the best hand. Calling isn't terrible, though.

I would make a double bet on 4th, particularly against loose players that like to chase.

Just raise 5th and hope he has a hand. Slow-playing against dry 3's doesn't get you anywhere.

I was hoping for a bet on 6th that I can raise, hopefully creating a big enough pot for him to come along at 7th also
