VP$IP 30.34 (go down to 25%, 30% is too loose....are you the top 5% of shorthanded players?)
PFR% 12.49 (can go up to 15%)
WSD 57.59 (you're going to showdown way too much, cut that in half)
Vol Put in from SB 36.34 (fine)
Folded to SB steal 75.52 (fine)
Folded to BB steal 40.94 (too much blind defense, 60 is a decent range)
Att to steal blinds 27.56 (fine)
Aggression factor (inc preflop)
Pre flop 0.56
Flop 1.06 (too passive)
Turn 1.44 (too passive)
River 1.55 (too passive)
your aggression for all streets should be a MINIMUM of 2. you're calling down too much. from those numbers it doesn't look like you are the aggressor ever. raise and 3bet more.

i don't actually know. that's my estimate. just like no one knows what percentage of poker players are winners. some say 10% are winners, others say 5%, more say 2% are good enough to play for a living.
the problem with playing 30% VPIP is it could take up to 50,000 hands to find out if you're actually +EV, since playing more hands drives up variance for a small amount of expectation increase.
what's your went to SD? WTSD and W$SD are very volatile stats and change a lot depending on your cards, so those won't say much for now...

A tad too high. Stop limping. Don't play it if you can't raise it.

Not bad actually. I know of some really good players in this range. Maybe defend a little less if you're getting into too many tough spots.

Question on this... I am work hard at being more aggressive particularly on T, and R. I notice my aggression factors go from higher to lower, with my river being the lowest.
I know general rules of thumb don't usually work, but I find that I often slow down when I feel pressure...this causes my numbers to fall. Is this bad? I don't have my specific numbers at work, so I cannot provide them right now...

it's fine to slow down if you suspect the worst. but if your aggression is under 2, that means you're suspecting the worst too often, and you're missing value bets and raises.
