My turn play?

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is CO with 8, A.
UTG calls, MP calls, Hero raises, 2 folds, BB 3-bets, UTG calls, MP calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (12.33 SB) A, 3, T (4 players)
BB bets, UTG folds, MP folds, Hero raises, BB calls.

Turn: (8.16 BB) 9 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero...?
TylerK: its just gambling if i want to worry about money i'll go to work lol

You're calling this down anyway in 6 max even if he check raises you. Bet is the only play.

You'll see a mid to big pair here often enough. Since two Aces are accounted for, he's almost as likely to hold KK, QQ, JJ, than A-big. TT would suck, but you have 8 outs against that hand.

Bottom line, you're ahead here a big percentage of the time and will win fairly often when you're behind. Easy bet.
